Fabulous physician and would highly recommend. Dr. Hacker performed my husband’s shoulder surgery four years ago and did a wonderful job. My husband has full use of his arm now with no restrictions. Fast forward to October 2018, and I had robotic partial knee replacement performed by Dr. Hacker. I am over the top thrilled with the results. My brother had this robotic procedure in New York by the actual Dr. who invented it. On my behalf, my brother reached out to Dr. Pearl two years later to ask if anyone in San Diego had experience with this procedure. Dr. Pearl highly recommended Dr. Hacker as the best in San Diego. He is, not only do I have full use of my knee with no restrictions at five weeks post op, but my scar is amazingly small and clean. I give Dr. Hacker a 5 star on knees and shoulders
